    Main points of design:


    1. Verify the insulation strength


    The 3D simulation model is established by Solidwords software, and the electric field simulation is calculated by Ansys software. The electric field structure is checked and corrected with the calculation results, and the insulation performance is met in theory. The pressure test is carried out in the atmospheric environment, which verifies the reliability of the theoretical calculation and achieves the design requirement of air insulation.




    2, verify the structure strength of gas chamber


    The Ansys software is used to simulate the deformation of gas box, and the calculation results and electric field simulation results are used to check and correct the gas box structure, and the influence of the gas box deformation is optimized in theory. The aeration test is carried out to verify the reliability of the theoretical calculation.




    3. Verification of temperature rise


    The Ansys software is used to simulate the temperature rise and air flow in the gas chamber of the switch cabinet, which is filled with SF6 and N2, to verify whether the replacement gas is in accordance with the heat dissipation requirements of the switchgear chamber under the rated working conditions, and the calculation results are used to verify and optimize the conducting parts. The temperature rise test is carried out according to the rated current 1.1 times, which verifies the reliability of the theoretical calculation.
