    A safe and reliable environmental gas cabinet, which includes a sealing shell and a plurality of control units connected by a busbar connected to a sealed shell. A set of circuit breakers and isolation switches in each control unit control a line or out line. The front wall of the sealed housing has an operating room and a junction room outside the front wall, and the rear wall is set for inspection. The operation end of the control unit is located in the operating room of the mechanism. The busbar of each control unit is shielded with capacitance, and the elicited end of the capacitive pressure shielding busbar is connected with the D busbar connector and the insulator set on the side wall of the junction room with the external circuit.




    The capacitive pressure shielded busbar includes the coating layer of the copper conductor and the copper conductor. The coating includes a number of insulating layers, and the two adjacent insulating layers are shielded so that the voltage is better shielded in the fixed space.     The creeper adopts the umbrella structure and combines the superposition method to increase the capacitance of the electric current carrying conductor, which is connected with the ground wire in the most outer layer. Each insulating layer of the capacitance pressure shielded busbar is separated by the 7~10 layer of PVC insulating tape. The board uses SMC insulation board, its thickness is 10 millimeter, the invention will install the distribution components in the sealed shell, which greatly improves the protection level of the ring network cabinet; the internal busbar uses the capacitance pressure shield to shield the bus and connects with the external circuit through the D bus connection and insulator, effectively reducing the local discharge and ensuring the reliability of the gas cabinet. And SF6 is replaced by air. There is no leakage problem, so the maintenance cost of equipment is reduced and environmental pollution is reduced.




    The current environmental gas cabinet has fundamentally overcome the limitation of insulation, using the voltage sharing technology of capacitive screen to effectively control the gap discharge and insulation between different potentials. With the deterioration of the ecological environment and the enhancement of environmental awareness, the environmental gas cabinet will dominate in the future, including the urban network transformation and equipment renewal in the future, and the environmental gas cabinet will be adopted, so the future market space is very big.
