    Application advantages and introduction of environmental gas cabinet

    Environmental gas cabinet can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas and school parks and other distribution systems, as indoor three-phase 10kV AC 50Hz ring network power supply and terminal power supply equipment. It can open and close the load current, and can close the rated short circuit current, and can open the transformer no-load current, a certain distance of the overhead lines, cable lines and capacitor banks of the capacitance current.  Load switch and fuse combination electric cabinet can break off short-circuit current at once and play a controlling and protecting role in power system.




    Structural features:


    The cabinet body of the environmental gas cabinet is made of steel plate bending, and the box type fixed cabinet arranged on the side is composed of four parts, a new type of air pressure load switch, a fuse, a grounding switch and a manual medium spring mechanism. For the cable inlet and outlet cabinets, the removable cover plates are installed at the bottom of the cabinets, and the busbar access can be installed on the top of the overhead cabinets according to the requirements of users. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, simple operation, long life, high parameter, no pollution and less maintenance.




    Load switch:


    This load switch is a copper tube structure with a pressure piston, a copper pipe as an active contact and a conductance rod. The upper and lower motion of the conductor makes the switch close and disconnect. The frame is welded with steel plate, and the frame is fitted with six SMC reinforced glass fiber strut insulators. The climbing distance along the surface is not less than 230mm, and the upper three only install the main static. Contact. The lower three are installed with a guide pole, and the connection structure between the conducting rod and the outlet terminal is the same as that of the main static contact. A spindle is arranged at the lower part of the frame, and is connected with the conductive rod through an insulating rod, and the frame extends on the right side through the crank arm and the connecting rod, and is connected with the operation initial structure.




    Operating mechanism:


    The operating mechanism is mainly composed of a set of operation springs and spindles, and the operating mechanism is equipped with a long 50mm lever. When the operator uses the operating lever to rotate the operating mechanism to clockwise direction, the operation spring is compressed to the specified value, the operation spring is released, the switch is closed quickly, the switch is closed at the counter clockwise operation, and when the spring is compressed to compress the specified value, the mechanism is released by the middle spring, the switch is quickly divided, the closing speed and the operator are divided. There is no correlation between operation speed and a group of spring combined brake sharing.




    Fuse:


    The fuse is equipped with a linkage in the form of a fuse with a fuse structure. When the line fails, the fuse and the crash needle jump out, trigger the linkage mechanism, pull the load switch operating mechanism, and make the switch of the load switch.




    Grounding switch:


    The grounding switch is specially designed for this product. It also selects manual medium spring mechanism, fast closing and manual switching, and has the ability to close short circuit current. It is simple in structure and easy to operate.




    Interlocking:


    The interlocking between the load switch, the grounding switch and the door of the cabinet adopts the mandatory mechanism of mechanical locking to realize the "five anti" function. At the same time, the breakout of the load switch is equipped with a unique valve and grounding switch, so that the structure of the mechanical interlocking device is simple and easy to produce.




    The interlocking relationship between load switch, ground switch, cabinet door and valve is as follows:


    1. After the door is opened, the load switch can not be closed


    2, only when the grounding switch is in the closing position can the door be opened or closed.


    3. When the door is opened, the grounding switch can not be switched off


    4. Grounding switch location: the valve is in the open position.


    5. Grounding switch closing position: valve in closed position.


    6. If the load switch is not equipped with a grounding switch, the interlock between the load switch and the cabinet meets the following requirements.


    7. When the load switch is in the disconnected position, the shaft of the valve can be opened by opening the valve shaft when the valve is closed.
