FLN36-12D, FLRN36-12D type indoor AC high pressure six sulfur fluoride load switch, load switch fuse fuse combiner and cable head type load switch are our company's advanced technology digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology, combined with the operation requirements of our country, it is designed and developed by ourselves. Through comprehensive type test, the product meets the standards of GB3804 "3-63KV AC high voltage load switch", GB16926 "high voltage load switch fuse combiner", IEC60265 and IEC60420. The product has three parts arc extinguishing chamber with "joint to ground". It has reliable interlocking, high insulation strength and large creepage distance. The outlet ends are protected by the equalizing protection cover. A cable head type load switch is installed, the outlet terminal is a touch type cable front connector, and a high-voltage cable is installed in the inlet and outlet line, and is applied to the cable branch (connecting) box. The switch has a special dynamic seal and a fixed seal design. The seal is reliable, and the pressure meter is installed in the obvious position. It is the new generation of high voltage switch equipment for the city power grid.

This product is suitable for three phase AC 10KV and 50Hz power systems, which are used as industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential quarters and pre installed substations to open and close load current, fault current, control and protect the use of lines and distribution transformers.

Ambient air temperature: -15 C ~ +40 C;

Altitude: no more than 1000m;

Humidity conditions: the average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, the average monthly relative humidity is not more than 90%, the average daily water vapor pressure is not more than 2.2kPa, and the average value of the monthly water vapor pressure is not more than 1.8kPa.

The ambient air is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive or / or combustible gases, vapors or salt fog.

The vibration or ground motion outside the switchgear and control equipment is negligible.

The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the two system does not exceed 1.6KV.

Special use conditions: according to the provisions of the national standard GB/T11022-1999 "common technical requirements for high voltage switchgear and control equipment standard", the circuit breaker should operate under normal conditions. If the working conditions of the user are different from the normal conditions, such as where the location of the installation is above 1000m at the altitude, the ambient air temperature is more than the limit of the normal use conditions, or the high humidity and dew are easy to produce condensation, it should be negotiated with the manufacturer and get the agreement.

Structural characteristics

The load switch and the assembly are composed of the same insulation housing switch body, the same spring operating mechanism, the fuse contact head and the fuse action impact release system. The touchable cable front connector load switch is composed of a special outer shell switch body and a general spring restraint mechanism.

The upper and lower shells are made of epoxy resin and made up of the inflatable inner cavity. The three working states of "one point and one ground" can be completed by the rotating motion of the common movable contact, and the electric joint can be installed on the basic manual spring storage operating mechanism, and the remote control operation can be realized for the user to choose.

The front of the mechanism box is equipped with a SF6 gas pressure gauge and a position indication. The pressure gauge is used to monitor the SF6 gas pressure change. The position indicating device is directly connected with the transmission of the dynamic contact, indicating that the working position of the moving contact is absolutely reliable. There is a safe diaphragm in the rear of the shell. When some kind of accident may cause excessive pressure in the inside of the arc extinguishing chamber, the overpressure gas can be released through the diaphragm, thus ensuring the safety of the body.

There is reliable mechanical interlocking between load switch and earthing switch, earthing switch and front door (switch interlocking, for distribution cabinet).
