Model and meaning
Structural characteristics
The main circuit and ground loop of the FLN48-12 load switch are sealed in the insulated bright body made by epoxy resin using APG technology. It has the advantages of good insulation performance and anti fouling environment. The insulating shell is made up of the upper and lower two insulating cover, with a SF6 gas with a relative pressure of 0.4bar. The lower insulating cover adopts a part of the thin-walled and thick explosion-proof membrane. In case of the accident, the pressure of the overvoltage SF6 gas breaks through the safety and explosion-proof membrane and the pressure drops and the gas is directly locked to the rear of the body to ensure the safety of the body. .
The FLN48-12 load switch adopts arc extinguishing arc extinguishing structure, which has the characteristics of quick and reliable arc extinguishing.
The FLN48-12 load switch is divided into two kinds of FLN48-12 (K type single spring operating mechanism) and FLRN48-12 (A type single spring operating mechanism). The FLRN48-12 type can be combined into the load switch + fuse combiner and has the control and protection functions.

The ambient air should be protected from corrosive, flammable gas and steam. There should be no frequent violent vibration.
Annual leakage rate: less than 0.1%
Special conditions: when the load switch is used above 2000 meters above sea level, special attention should be given to the adjustment of the design plan when manufacturing. At present, the load switches manufactured by our company have precedent for safe operation at an elevation of up to 5000 meters.
